Moongem is the half-sister of the Doctor (Related through their father, Falling Ember) and sister of the Master. She was taken from Gallifrey with her father to 1940's England, in the middle of Time Forest, where the cats of what are now known as TimeClan was sheltering. She became their healer, and soon, medicine cat of TimeClan.
